Empowering Futures: Young Women Discover Exciting Careers in Trades!

Jill of All Trades is a day-long event designed to inspire young women in Grades 9-12 to explore education and career paths in skilled trades and apprenticeships.

CSN Lift was excited to participate, with representatives from Lift Auto Group present to connect with these aspiring tradeswomen.

Operations Recruiter Shelby Tooley, HR Coordinator Maria Marquez, and CSN Springfield Location Manager Ryan Wuthe dedicated the day to interacting with attendees, learning about their interests, and sharing the diverse career opportunities available in collision repair.

“Attending the Jill of All Trades event was an inspiring and empowering experience. It was incredible to connect with so many passionate young women exploring careers in the trades and to see firsthand the opportunities and support available for them to thrive in the trades. I left feeling motivated, informed, and proud to be part of a movement that’s reshaping the future of skilled trades” says Ryan Wuthe, Location Manager at CSN Springfield.

The event has seen great international success, offering hands-on workshops in automotive power, manufacturing, and construction trades. Led by female mentors, these workshops are designed to empower young women with a deeper understanding of the possibilities within skilled trades careers.
