Lift Auto Group Brings Together Location Managers Across Canada for Annual Performance Meeting

Lift Auto Group hosted its annual Performance Group meeting in Kelowna, B.C., from May 11-13, 2026, bringing together Location Managers from across Canada for collaboration, learning and strategic planning.

The annual event provided leaders from across the Lift network with an opportunity to connect face-to-face, exchange ideas and best practices, and strengthen operational performance across all locations.

One of the highlights of this year’s meeting was an interactive business case study challenge. Prior to arriving in Kelowna, managers were divided into small groups and tasked with reviewing a fictional collision repair facility case study. Teams analyzed the business, identified opportunities for improvement, and developed recommendations focused on strengthening overall performance and profitability.

During the event, each group presented its findings, with the top three teams selected to present to all attendees. Awards were presented in recognition of the strongest presentations.

Lift also welcomed support from AkzoNobel and its Acoat Selected program, which hosted performance group sessions with each region throughout the event. These sessions focused on reviewing goals, analyzing financial performance and supporting managers with goal setting for the year ahead.

The meeting also celebrated the achievements of high-performing locations across the Lift network, with awards recognizing both the most improved and top-performing collision repair centres based on key operational performance categories.

In addition to the business-focused sessions, attendees had opportunities to connect socially and strengthen relationships outside the meeting room. Activities included golf at Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club, as well as bowling, cocktails and food at BNA Brewing.

The event concluded with an awards breakfast on the final morning before managers returned to their respective communities across Canada, bringing back new ideas, strategies and insights to share with their teams.
