On March 7^th, 2024, Lift had the wonderful opportunity to meet some of the Okanagan’s top talent at the “Kelowna Hiring & Post-Secondary Education Expo”, presented by Black Press Media.

Hosted at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna, the event connects some of Western Canada’s industry-leading companies with prospective employees. Attendees learn about the process of finding employment and seeking educational opportunities while meeting with prospective employers who are showcasing why an individual would consider working for their company.

Sharing how the CSN Springfield Training Centre is accelerating the careers of autobody apprentices, Ryan and Shelby generated excitement with the potential new apprentices who are eager to kick-start their careers.

The CSN Springfield Training Centre is a Lift initiative designed to acclimatize apprentices with a busy production environment sooner, giving them the practical experience to go from learning to earning faster!
